We run a fairly busy digital marketing agency looking after businesses throughout the north of England. We did have 2 colour laser printers that were self maintained and we purchased our own ink on a monthly basis from PC world at a cost of around 250 per month. We have dealt with Zero for many years and always found them to be straightforward and good to their word. It's good to know that some old-fashioned service still exists in the printer and copier world. We recently switched one of our copiers from a manufacturer we have used for years to Toshiba. The machine has been very good and more importantly the backup service you get is top notch. Far better to speak to a UK-based call centre than an overseas centre who just don't understand how infuriating it is to be on the phone for ages. We have just switched our second main machine over to Toshiba and if the service continues, we won't look elsewhere. Just wanted to thank you and your team for the professionalism and excellent service you supplied during our recent Printer rollout to all twelve of our branches. The delivery and installation as well as the onsite training were exceptionally well received by our busy branch staff. It should be noted that at very short notice we changed some of the proposed delivery and installation times and you were able to fit around this without issue. We are happy with the machine, from installation to its first copy, and in fact it’s so simple to operate we didn’t need hardly any training at all. We are very happy with both the machine and the service agreement; the machine more than meets our needs.

Health Shield Friendly Society has a mixed fleet of printers, faxes and photocopiers. Part of our remit was to reduce costs and increase productivity through the use of technology, reducing the number of disparate systems and consolidating functions into multi-functional devices. Our organization uses Microsoft Dynamics products for our ERP and CRM functions. We have approximately 600 letters which are sent to our membership as required. We were buying preprinted letter headed paper, then printing our letter onto this. We decided to move to printing our letter heads on demand, realizing a saving on each printed sheet. We would need the letter head graphic on the front page, not on any subsequent pages. Rather than amend 600 letters we decided that we wanted the printer to control this function. We spoke with many providers, who liaised with manufacturers to create a solution. We found Zero took ownership of the request, bringing specialists into our organization to fulfil the requirements. Zero understood our requirements from the initial meeting and relayed exact requirements through to Toshiba. They put a lot of time and effort into the project and stood out above all other potential suppliers. Our relationship with Zero is a very healthy one, with us receiving exceptional service and attention. We believe that any manufacturer would benefit from having Zero as a partner/supplier where their service and industry knowledge can give Toshiba competitive advantage.

The main issue we have had has surrounded scanning, part of this is probably us getting used to the machine but nothing that would put into question our decision to go with this machine or Zero. Other than the slight delay getting this one resolved, the response has been very good. We were very happy with the way this was resolved and Zero appears to have a good customer ethic which is really nice to see.

We changed to Zero, after not a very good experience with another provider, we must say this has been a much better experience for us. For instance we had a small blip and they came out immediately to sort it out, the toner arrives in plenty of time for the others running out, meaning we are not without a copier whilst waiting for toner. The customer service is great all the staff we have spoken to are very polite and answer any queries straight away, or if they cannot they get the right person to contact us and help. Thank you to everyone at Zero for making this a good experience keep up the good work.

We were introduced to Zero Enterprises in June 2016 as our contract was due to terminate with the supplier of our copiers. Zero Enterprises were very competitive and offered advice as to the best copiers for our needs. Based upon this, we decided to give them our order and were very pleased with the efficient manner they dealt with supplying and installing our new copiers. It is now coming up to 12 months since installation of our copiers and we have only had one minor problem which was dealt with very promptly.
