The primary difference is how the agreement is structured and labelled for finance and accounting purposes. Both are available on 36–60 month terms with separate service contracts for toner, parts and engineer callouts.
The service contract covers toner cartridges, all parts, labour, and on-site engineer callouts for the duration of your agreement. Optional extras include remote monitoring, automatic toner fulfilment, and usage reporting with colour and volume breakdowns.
