Commercial Printer Leasing in Wem

The Zero Group provides commercial printer leasing for organisations in Wem and the surrounding Shropshire area. Local business areas include Soulton Road, Aston Road and Town Centre.

We assess your users, monthly print volumes, document workflows and existing equipment before recommending a suitable commercial printer leasing solution. Your proposal can include equipment supply, network configuration, installation, user training, toner replenishment, maintenance and engineer support under one clearly explained agreement.

Simple definition

What does commercial printer leasing mean?

Commercial printer leasing is equipment finance for professional printers designed for sustained business use. The agreement spreads the hardware cost over a fixed term, while operational support can be provided through a separate managed print service.

Supporting businesses across Wem

For commercial printer leasing, specify sustained print volumes, paper handling, finishing and workflow requirements. Ask for equipment finance, print charges and service cover to be itemised. The local economy includes agriculture, small business services and professional services; we assess the users and document workflows of each organisation individually. Share your postcode and current setup so our Crewe-based team can confirm installation and support arrangements.

We provide clear, itemised pricing showing the equipment cost and service cost separately. Included items such as toner, parts, labour, maintenance and engineer callouts are explained before you commit.
The illustrated £20 desktop A4, £40 floor-standing A4 and £60 floor-standing A3 prices are monthly equipment starting prices on a 60-month agreement. Toner, servicing and engineer support are quoted separately under the selected managed service. Ask for an itemised quote confirming VAT, print charges, installation and any upfront charges.
